ABOUT US
OUR SUBCONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIERS
Phoenix Group is just that; a group of quality-oriented professionals working together as a team to provide superior service and workmanship. We believe a general contractor is only as good as the team with whom they work. We work with the best.
Many residential remodelers "go out to bid" on each project attempting to find the cheapest bid for each category. Rarely does the cheapest bid provide good quality. We, at PGC, believe that a seasoned team of quality subcontractors and suppliers who know and understand our expectations for excellence and timely completions of the work makes more sense and creates more value for you, the homeowner. Many of the sub contractors and suppliers we use have been with us since day one. This group of professionals forms the foundation for quality and value.

A native of Portland, Larry began his construction career in 1974. Early on, Larry committed himself to quality, service, attention to detail, communication, and value. Larry began his career building high end custom homes. After a few years of operating in this arena, Larry found that specializing in residential remodeling offered much more satisfaction for both the clients and for him. He spent the better part of 20 years working on the job as a rough and finish carpenter and supervising the work. Now Larry develops and implements business strategies, keeps the company’s computer technology current, meets prospective clients, bids out the work, and manages the various projects on a daily basis. Larry has a client satisfaction rate of 98% during over 30 years of operation.
